In order to forge a civilized and mighty contingents for foreign affair security, the FASS has gradually established a cultural system in conformity with its own characteristics. In November 2002, the FASS Art Ensemble was formed and equipped with excellent talents specialized in creative works, screenwriting, directing and program-planning and artists coming from various big art ensembles or institutions of the country. Main artists of the Ensemble had been invited to give performance for Party and State leaders at the evening party for celebrating 55th Anniversary of People’s Republic of China and won praise from the Department of Propaganda of the Party’s Central Committee. Based on source material drawn from security staff’s life, the Ensemble has produced a large number of cultural and art works with security affair themes, published special collection of phonograph record including songs on security affairs, the only one of its kind with great fame throughout the country due to its rich and colorful artistic style. The Ensemble has also been invited to give performance for Canadian, Indonesian and Russian guests, the Chaoyang, Dongcheng District Governments, fraternal companies stationed in Beijing as well as in far-away cities such as Shenzhen, Anyang, Lanzhou and won popular praise therein.
