With a view to ensuring good professional qualification of employed staff, FASS has set up a three-level training system and insisted, that all staffs are required to have permit before assuming their posts to ensure continuous improvement of service quality.
Senior Training
The senior training is aimed at high-ranking staff and carried out by qualified training organizations with approval from the China Security Association such as the Training Center of Beijing Security Service General Company with according certificates to be issued to attendants upon completion of training courses.
The whole leading members of the Company have gone through professional manager training and obtained qualification certificates issued for professional managers.
