Aimed at special requirements needed for foreign affair posts, the FASS has established a complete system of foreign language training. Every year, the Company invests much capital and teaching forces in running intensified foreign language training courses for security staffs and implements a foreign language grade system. Twice a year, the Company organizes foreign language examinations and awards those qualified foreign language grade certificates and subsidies. In the meantime, the Company often invites foreign specialists to deliver lectures on specific topics, organizes foreign language summer camps and knowledge competition activities, aimed at improving foreign language level of security staffs. Thanks to the above said training, a large numbers of security staff with good command of foreign language have emerged in the Company.
